You will need-
1 cup of pink and white mini marshmallows
1 packet of malt biscuits
1/2 cup each of roasted peanuts & roasted brazil nuts
1/2 cup chopped green glace cheeries
200g cooking chocolate
150g unsalted butter
1.Place marshmallows,crushed malt biscuits,nuts and cheeries in a bowl.
stir to combine
2.Break chocolate into a saucepan,add butter.Stir over a low heat until chocolate and butter are melted,remove from heat.
3.Pour over marshmallow mixture and stir well until combined.Spoon mixture
into flat (23x13x5cm) dish lined with baking paper or spoon into patty cases.
4.Refrigerate until firm.Cut into small squares or fingers.
